With our Alpha Flex Technology, we enable a new level of adaptability in profile cooling. Especially when dealing with complex, sensitive, or highly customized aluminum profiles, precise and flexible cooling is essential to ensure consistent quality, dimensional accuracy, and optimal mechanical properties.

A great example is our collaboration with Aluminium-Laufen AG Liesberg .

The challenge: due to the puller configuration of the press, the profile cooling system had to be designed not only for vertical adjustment, but also with lateral pivoting capability. At the same time, extremely limited space conditions required a compact and carefully engineered solution – both in terms of system layout and installation.

The system scope included the profile cooling installation together with water treatment unit. Due to the tight integration into the existing press environment and limited installation space, the project was executed within a shutdown window a very short downtime period — from the start of dismantling to production restart.
