New insights, new impulses! 🔍💡

On Wednesday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Jürgen Wahl from Unicut to our extrutec site in Moos. 🤝

The exchange was extremely valuable and provided in-depth technical insights into Extrulube – from development and optimal nozzle alignment to process optimization for aluminum and steel applications. ⚙️

Particularly exciting: Extrulube has been specifically developed for our hot and cold saws. Thanks to the optimized interaction between lubricant, nozzle geometry, and compressed air, it enables a reduction in lubricant consumption of up to 50% compared to conventional market products. 📉At the same time, Extrulube is based on 80–85% sustainable raw materials, reducing not only consumption but also emissions.

Together, we were able to further deepen our technical process understanding, identify new optimization potential, and evaluate additional fields of application. 🚀

Discover Our Innovations at Open House in Menden (Germany)

from June 15 to June 25 2026

After two years of intensive development, we are pleased to invite you to experience our latest products and our new Plant 2 in Menden in person. A special highlight: the EHKO – our electrically resistance-heated high-convection oven – now available in the inline version for the Australian market.

A lot has happened at our company over the past two years. We have made significant investments in the further development of our products and in expanding our locations. We are pleased to invite you to see the results of these efforts in person at our in-house exhibition at Plant 2 at our Menden site.

One of the highlights will be the demonstration of the EHKO (electrically resistance-heated high-convection oven) in its inline version for the Australian market. Our long-standing client, Capral, is the end user of this system. This EHKO configuration features an integrated Energy Saving Unit (ESU) and achieves an impressive overall efficiency of 92%.

Together with our subsidiary TCT Induktionstechnik, we warmly invite you to visit us in Menden during calendar weeks 25 and 26, from 15 to 25 June 2026. You can look forward to gaining exciting insights, engaging in interesting discussions and viewing innovative technology up close.

We will be presenting the following technologies at our in-house exhibition:

  • Exhibitions of the complete electrically resistance-heated EHKO system for Capral
  • Induction technology for extrusion plants
  • Foundry technology (service, repair and modification)
  • New automation and digitalisation technology, with nEXT 4.0 on the way to predictive maintenance
  • Concepts for converting warm storage ovens from gas to electric heating
  • After-sales: coil repair, process optimisation and switchgear modernisation

We look forward to welcoming you in person!
