Last week, colleagues from Sales and Aftersales of the extrutec group came together for a joint workshop. The main focus was to further strengthen collaboration across our locations and subsidiaries TCT Induktionstechnik GmbH, Induction Professional Solutions and to exchange ideas for the future direction of our sales activities.
The discussions once again highlighted how valuable different perspectives within a team can be - especially in a market environment that continues to evolve. Together, we explored how we can stay even closer to our customers, connect knowledge more effectively and align our activities even more strategically.
Formats like this are an important part of how we continue to develop our structures, share experience and create space for new ideas.
